Bad Santa (2003)
Directed by: Terry Zwigoff
Starring: Billy Bob Thornton, John Ritter, Lauren Graham, Bernie Mac
Continuity mistake: When Willie is in bed and the kid comes in with the Christmas countdown candy box he gets in bed with Willie. Willie's robe keeps changing from being open to being closed.
Continuity mistake: When John Ritter threatens to fire Billy Bob Thornton, and Billy thinks he's talking about the midget, it appears as though he shaved. However, in the next scene, where he is flirting with the young girl at the pinball machine, he isn't shaved.
Trivia: Small children have told Billy Bob Thornton they like the film - he was reportedly "stunned" that parents would allow their kids to watch it.
Trivia: Billy Bob Thornton has said he really was drunk during some scenes.
Trivia: The first lady (with the dark hair) that accepts the photo from Marcus is none other than Alex Borstein, the voice of Lois on Family Guy.
Willie: I'm an eating, drinking, shitting, fucking Santa Claus.
Willy:...and I went to my father. And you know what he did? He kicked my ass. And do you know why?
Kid: Because you went to the bathroom on mommy's dishes?
Willy: Were you dropped on your head?
Kid: My head?
Willy: Of course your head. Who else's head are we talking about?
Kid: How can I be dropped on my own head?
Question: What is a talking walnut? Details please.
Answer: My guess is that they are characters of the Christmas story.
Question: Here's something I've never understood. Who is that guy that attacks Willie in the parking lot near the start of the film? The guy that says "I am not gay". What the hell is he talking about? Then calls him "assclown". Who was that guy and why did he attack Willie for no apparent reason?
Answer: My guess is that when he was a child, he was molested by a man dressed as Santa Claus, and ever since then he has been holding a grudge against people dressed as Santa Claus. You can see him staring angrily at Willie in the bar even before Willie notices him.
Answer: Willie asks the guy if he's off his meds, to which the man replied, "Yes."

Chosen answer: It's just something the kid came up with. He is not quite all there. It's just something that illustrates how odd the kid is.
