Revealing mistake: While in the convenience store, watch the arcade screen the punks are playing, they are getting very excited about the game, however anyone who has played Street Fighter 2 will notice that they are merely looking at the demo version and even the words "insert coins" are displayed on the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: When John Reynolds grabs his son from the clothing and the camera zooms in, you can see the shadow of a crew member in his left arm. (00:21:15)

Continuity mistake: At the Riverman's place, Julie grabs a piece of glass from his foot and stabs his left hand with it, later when she is finishing his transformation and stabs a knife in the same hand, there's no sign of the earlier injury. (01:02:50 - 01:04:45)

Julie: The pain... The pain keeps the hunger away.

Curt Reynolds: How could you... eat that man?

Curt Reynolds: Julie, are you eating him? You should stop it.
