Continuity mistake: Mary gets out of her car at the gas station wearing white shoes, but when she is being shown her room at the boarding house by Mrs Thomas she is wearing black shoes. This also happens at other times during the film, where Mary's shoes change from white to black and vice-versa.

Continuity mistake: When Mary Henry is speaking to her house keeper at the bottom of the stairs, Mary's left hand is level with the first rail, cut to the next shot in mid-sentence and her left hand is now on the fourth rail.
Continuity mistake: During the scene in Dr Samuels' office, when Mary says "I don't see what this has to do with it" he has both hands on the desk, but when he replies "the point is this" he only has his right hand on the desk. On the next shot when asks Mary "do you agree?" he has both hands back on the desk.
Trivia: Candace Hilligoss, who plays Mary Henry, only made one other film, which was another B-movie called Curse of the living corpse, which was released in 1964.
John Linden: That's just what I need! Get mixed up with some girl who's off her rocker.
Mary Henry: I don't belong in the world.
John Linden: You're gonna need me in the evening, you just don't know it yet.
