Visible crew/equipment: When Gereon walks out into the hospital corridor (just before he discovers the tied up guards), he looks straight into the camera. The shot then changes to another angle of Gereon (from behind a railing), however, you can see the camera that was taking the previous shot from here still in frame. (00:34:05)
Continuity mistake: At the film premiere, when Charlotte is speaking with her two colleagues in the lobby, the cigarette in her mouth appears and disappears between shots. (00:42:42)
