Bug: The wheeled mechas used by the Zanscare Empire lacks its proper name; during attacks an error message is displayed in their name field instead.
Character mistake: In the "Power Born of Emotion" mission, after the Questors' arrival Amuro has some dialogue potentially triggered when he first attacks any enemy. He says then "They way they fight is different from a human pilot."
Other mistake: In the character database, Umi Ryuuzaki's dubber is credited as "Konami Yosida" instead of Yoshida.
