Continuity mistake: On the operating table, depending on the shot Waikiki is taking the pen or Honolulu is passing it to him. (00:10:45)
Continuity mistake: During the robbery at the beginning of the movie, Lev points a gun at the clerk's forehead. Depending on the shot, the gun is touching his forehead directly or not, and Lev raises the thumb on the hammer twice in consecutive shots. (00:01:40)
Trivia: There is a message left at the end of the credits of the film reading "The staff at the Hotel Artemis hope you enjoyed your stay and that you'll return soon." (01:33:20)
Trivia: Besides a passing reference to 'the wall' to Mexico, there's a more subtle reference to a certain US President in the brand of the generator activated 20 minutes in and at the end of the movie; it's "ковфефе", which is a possible transliteration in Cyrillic of the infamous Trumpian typo "covfefe."
