Audio problem: Several lines in this game are said where the character's mouth is out of sync for at least a third of the line. Especially Doc's lines.
Continuity mistake: Episode 3, Citizen Brown: When Marty and George are checking over the surveillance tapes to see who attacked George, George says to Marty "I remember cleaning the playback heads at 5:30. The attack couldn't have been very long after", but in the next scene, on the same day, the clock on the courthouse tower reads 5:03, even though prior to this, George stated he was cleaning the surveillance tapes at 5:30 that same day.
Bug: Episode 2, Get Tannen: In the final showdown sequence, Edna tries to get out of the garage while Marty is distracting Kid. If Kid notices Edna on the first attempt, he then starts shooting at her. When he starts shooting, his arms literally go through the wall.
Audio problem: Episode 2, Get Tannen: Kid starts shooting at you if you run from one place to the other. If you run from the police car to the trash cans, the muzzle flash stops half way through the shooting yet the sound of shooting is still heard.
Continuity mistake: Episode 2, Get Tannen: The interior of the top floor of the flap house shows the curtains open. When Marty goes back outside, we can see one curtain closed and one curtain partially closed with Doc standing behind it.
Factual error: Episode 2, Get Tannen: Frankenstein is mentioned to be a movie at the theater on August 25th 1931. Frankenstein wasn't first released until November 21st 1931.
Audio problem: Episode 2, Get Tannen: The man at the speakeasy opens a flap to ask a question. The sound of the flap opening is heard but the sound of the flap closing isn't heard.
Bug: Episode 2, Get Tannen: When the man at the speakeasy says "Who told you to come here?", answer the question with Hieronymus Bosch. After this line, the man at the speakeasy can be seen with his head literally through the door. Then he pulls his head back into the speakeasy door. This will only happen if he says "What will you do tomorrow?"
Other mistake: Episode 1, It's About Time: When Marty puts the fish food in the tank during the experiment, nothing ever comes out of the fish food container despite there being food in the container and hearing the sprinkle.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1, It's About Time: When Marty and 1931 Doc leave to go make the rocket, old Doc has his hands on the jail bars. Shot cuts and his hands are now by his side.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1, It's About Time: When Artie McFly opens his apartment window, the direction of his head changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1, It's About Time: In the soup kitchen, after the "I can't get into the kitchen" conversation 1931 Doc walks over to the door. When the game cuts to game play, he suddenly has his notepad in his hand and he is looking downwards.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1, It's About Time: At the end of the conversation where 1931 Doc is talking about using something other than alcohol to power the rocket, Doc is smiling. When it cuts back to the 4 choices, he is suddenly not smiling.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1, It's About Time: Find Einstein outside the courthouse in 1931. At the end of the clip, Marty is crouched down about a foot away from Einstein. When the game restarts, he is standing about two feet away from Einstein.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1, It's About Time: When Marty begins to speak to Biff about giving him the notebook at the sale, both the courthouse model and beer can are in one hand. When it cuts back to game play, the courthouse model and beer can are now in different hands.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1, It's About Time: Biff is first seen with the useless mind reading helmet thing Doc made. It is light grey at first. He walks and then the helmet becomes a lighter grey color.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1, It's About Time: The DeLorean first disappears at the mall with two lines of flames behind it. The flames disappear far too quickly.
Other mistake: Episode 1, It's About Time: The clocks in Doc's house have all different times, despite the fact that in the original Back To The Future movie, it was shown that all of Doc's clocks were all the same time, just 25 minutes later than each other.
Bug: Episode 3, Citizen Brown: Walk about two meters away from the smashed DeLorean. Marty's feet go through the ground.
Continuity mistake: Episode 3, Citizen Brown: Marty smashes the DeLorean window trying to get the tyre iron in the window. All of the glass that smashed suddenly disappears.
