Bug: Twilight Cathedral: War comes across a room with three angel statues that each need a crystal sword placed in. After putting two in them, the door to the third is opened up and inside you fight another Undead Shield Lord. If you get the Undead Shield Lord to come at you and stand on the sides of the stone holding the Crystal Sword before you pull it from the ground, the enemy will get stuck in that spot and unable to move from there until you stun it away by breaking more armor.
Bug: Twilight Cathedral: In the room where you have to have columns come out of the lava at 3 different levels to reach a certain spots and get a bomb out of the lava in one, and get to a Crystal Sword. Once you raise the columns to the highest level and then go to the switch that raises the bomb, if you jump at it and try to glide into the opening, you are stopped by an invisible wall and unable to get through, however you still glide down to the ledge at the end of it but stay stuck hovering in the air like there's something there before the wings wear off. War is then stuck in the falling animation for a few seconds just hovering at the ledge before suddenly teleporting down and landing on the wall under him, just in the air where he shouldn't be able to stand.
Continuity mistake: The Broken Stair: When the Trauma Demon shows up on the broken car bridge, he runs up and grabs a police car from where you just were and throws it at you. However, this police car can be destroyed by you before this even happens and it disappears. When the Trauma Demon shows up in the cut scene, suddenly the police car is there once more for it to grab.
Bug: The Choking Grounds: The lamp posts leading to a broken bridge behind Vulgrim's gazebo have a ledge by the lamp. If you jump on them just right, War gets locked in a falling animation over and over again like he's thrusting against the stone. The further you turn him towards Vulgrim's gazebo, the faster he does this.
Bug: The Crossroads: If a Wicked steps out of the window at the bank just right, it can get stuck in mid air in a walking animation unable to move to a new spot. It will rotate it's position to look at you as it tries to get to you, but it can't move from that spot without help from your weapons attacking it.
Continuity mistake: In the cut scene where The Charred Council are assigning The Watcher to War, The Watcher starts to torture War and he slumps over, digging his hand into the dirt, breaking large chunks of it up and leaving trails. But once the cut scene ends and he's standing in that same spot, the ground around him shows no sign of this.
Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: After War gets drained again after stabbing out Straga's eye and another cut scene starts, Straga back hands War hard with his giant hand. It shows War start to fly straight back down the street, but when the angle changes suddenly War is flying to the right of Straga.
Bug: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: After War's power is zapped from him again before he can deliver a finishing blow to Straga, you have control of War again for a couple seconds before Straga attacks in another cut scene. War is slumped over walking at a slow speed as you can move him and his feet move in a forward walking animation... even when you're walking backwards.
Revealing mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: When fighting Straga, he reaches down into the pit of lava he's standing in and throws cars at you that he pulls from there. Only these cars he pulls out of the lava look perfectly fine, with tires, paint, windows and everything still in tact despite being submerged in molten rock.
Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: When Uriel swoops down and saves Abaddon from the Grappleclaw Demon, Abaddon still has his sword in his hands and does not let go of it. As Uriel strikes the Grappleclaw and it plummets down only a split second later as the camera pans over Abaddon, suddenly his sword has vanished from his hands without him ever putting it away.
Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: War walks past the area where the cars were before getting to the lava pit, leaving them a good distance behind and around the turn of the building. And when the horn blows and he falls to his knees in pain, he's still down the road like that. But after Straga's hand reaches up and grabs Abaddon from the air and Uriel asks what has he done, it cuts back to War on his knees and suddenly the Taxi and other cars are only a few feet behind him showing that he's now back on the previous street.
Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: Once Abaddon is attacked in mid air by a Grappleclaw Demon, Uriel swoops down to save him and from the view it shows that Abaddon is held by the Grappleclaw under him with the Grappleclaw's head much higher up. But as Uriel is striking, Abaddon is suddenly higher up.
Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: After Abaddon mentions the Final Seal, a Grappleclaw Demon leaps at him and he looks up to raise his arm and defend himself. In the shot from over Abaddon, he looks up and is almost looking straight up, but it cuts to a different angle and he's now looking almost fully to the side.
Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: There is a sign with a picture of a leg on it next to another sign with a guy wearing red sunglasses posted on the building on the left hand side of the street that War walks down to encounter Abaddon and Straga. Abaddon hovers above the lava pit at the end of the street when War encounters him, but in several shots looking up at Abaddon, he's suddenly down next to those two signs and switches back and forth from shot to shot depending on what's happening.
Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: When War asks where are his brothers, it cuts to a close up of his face and suddenly a red Hell spike appears behind him.
Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: As War walks up to Abaddon, he questions what is going on and reaches towards his back to draw his sword. In the close up of him grabbing the sword's handle, it appears there is a wall very close to War behind him that's glowing red with one of the red Hell spikes right behind him with burning fire suggesting he's standing with the lava pit in the road behind him. But as he's drawing his sword it cuts to a different angle and now War is back to being in the middle of the street with nothing behind him having been able to make the appearance of what was seen in the previous shot.
Other mistake: During the cut scene where you see Abaddon before fighting Straga on The Apocalypse/Mayhem level at the beginning of the game, you can see Minion Demons freely crawling out and diving into the pool of lava unharmed and dragging Angels into the lava. However, during game play on other levels if War hits a Minion Demon and knocks them into a pool of lava, they die instantly.
Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: During the cut scene before Straga, War walks up to Abaddon and you can see a double yellow line on the road beside War. It cuts to a close up of War's face, then to Abaddon, and then to War drawing his sword. And then back to him on the road and now the double yellow line has vanished off the street.
Continuity mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: During the cut scene before fighting Straga, a Minion Demon pins down an Angel Soldier and proceeds to rip his throat out. In one shot, you see the Demon's teeth hitting their mark, going into the Angel's neck and jaw line. But it cuts to a different angle during this first bite and suddenly the Demon's teeth are sinking into the Angel's upper torso just below his neck.
Revealing mistake: The Apocalypse/Mayhem: During the cut scene before your first battle with Straga, various Angels and Demons are fighting. It shows one Minion Demon holding an Angel Soldier, and in the over head shot he's holding the Angel's torso up off the ground. When it cuts to a side angle just before the Demon rips out the Angel's throat, suddenly the Angel is not only on the ground, but almost completely inside the ground with just part of his face and torso sticking out in a bad animation moment.
