Stupidity: It seems risky locking Harley in one of the infected people's cells. She could catch the infection within hours. Batman should've taken her or had Robin take her to GCPD.

Suggested correction: The infection could only be passed on from Joker's infected blood. Plus, Batman wouldn't want to take the risk of a loose cannon like Harley running around.

Stupidity: Given what they'd gone through in Arkham City which various thugs talk about, there's no way any of them would be stupid enough to stay in Gotham during Scarecrow's plan as they also know what he's about.

Continuity mistake: This is in the same universe as the other Arkham games yet Poison Ivy's gone from being green in Arkham Asylum and Arkham City to being just regular looking in this game.

Trivia: When Batman enters the clock tower, there's a flashback scene of Barbara being shot by the Joker. Before this occurs, go to the back wall and zoom in on the movie poster, "Dark Interlude." One of the names on the poster is Matthew Hagen. In "Batman: The Animated Series", Matthew Hagen was an actor who was transformed into the shape shifting villain Clayface.

Question: Except for Two-Face, Killer Croc, Scarecrow and Jervis Tetch, why were the rest of the villains redesigned?

Answer: Probably because different people were working on the game. Scarecrow and Croc also have different looks if you've played Asylum, City, and Origins, they look different here too.
