Plot hole: In the "Blue Shadow Virus" level, when the clone trooper gets shot by Doctor Vindi in the clip, he reveals it to be a sticker. But the shot went right through his body, so there should have been a hole in his back. When he walks away, there are no holes, and nobody took a sticker off his back.
Bug: Legacy of Terror: At the point of the level where the massive slug appears, the slug will begin shooting massive bombs out of itself. The purple ones that land on the ground are required to be attached to the wall using the force in order to reach the higher ground. The higher ground can only be reached once all three bombs are attached to the wall. Even if the character being played can jump high enough to go over the top of the higher ground, with one or two bombs already attached, the character won't be able to access the higher ground.
Continuity mistake: Prologue: The lipstick Padme drops in the opening clip vanishes as the level starts.
