Continuity mistake: When Sam is chasing Bugs, Bugs runs back into the warden's office and Sam is holding a bat in his left hand. When Sam approaches the warden's desk in the next shot, the bat is now in his right hand.
Continuity mistake: When Yosemite Sam is electrocuted by the electric chair, his moustache is burnt off. When Sam chases Bugs out of the warden's office, the moustache is fully grown again.
Continuity mistake: When Yosemite Sam is standing on the platform of the gallows, he is holding a baton in his right hand. When Sam pushes the button and gets hung in the noose, the baton disappears.
Continuity mistake: When Yosemite Sam fires Bugs Bunny from the cannon, Bugs loses his prison cap, but when we see Bugs flying through the air in the next shot, the cap is back on his head again.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs Bunny offers to give Yosemite Sam a light when he's in the electric chair, you can see there is a piece of paper on the desk. After Sam is electrocuted, the paper on the desk disappears, and in the shot after that it is back again.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs Bunny (dressed as the warden) says "Warm enough for you, Schultz?", there is a fountain pen holder on his desk that disappears in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs Bunny climbs up the noose, you can see there is nothing attached to it but in the next shot a chain suddenly appears.
Continuity mistake: When the warden tells Yosemite Sam to leave his office, you can see that Sam opens the door inwards, but when Bugs Bunny leaves the warden's office later on, he opens the door outwards.
Continuity mistake: When Yosemite Sam tells Bugs Bunny to leave the prison at the end of the cartoon, you can see the doors of the prison have bars in them, but when Bugs leaves the prison, look at the door and you can see it is now a different style.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs Bunny tells Yosemite Sam he is only three and a half, you can see there is dirt around the hole, but when we see Sam in the next shot, the dirt has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Sam is electrocuted on the electric chair, the straps on the arm are hanging loose, but in the next shot they are now standing up.
Continuity mistake: When Sam enters the warden's office, the wall next to Bugs has nothing on it, but when Bugs says "Have a light!", a switch to the electric chair that Sam is sitting on has appeared.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs hands Sam a fake loaf containing an escape kit, the wall next to the door in Sam's cell is completely clear, but when Sam empties the contents onto the floor, a metal sheet has appeared.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs gives Sam a fake loaf containing the escape equipment, the loaf has nothing on the side, but when we see a close up of the loaf in the next shot, an "Ajax Escape Kit" label has appeared.
Continuity mistake: When Yosemite Sam fires Bugs from the cannon, Bugs has "3 1/2" on his prison outfit, but when Sam orders Bugs into the prison cell after recapturing him, the "3 1/2" has disappeared.
