Audio problem: John goes back to the school and sees a girl walking out the front door. He yells "WHERE'S TAYLOR!?" at her, but his mouth does not open. (00:58:00)
Continuity mistake: Towards the end as Taylor is holding the gun to The Corpse, the close up shots show the gun almost touching The Corpse's face. But further shots show it at least 2 feet away. (01:21:00)
Revealing mistake: Any time a character is walking or running in this movie, their feet slide around on the ground like ice.
Dredge: No monsters allowed in the hallway! You, you'll have to leave immediately! You have to leave now!
Bruce: Dredge, no! Get away from them! What are you doing!?
Dredge: This... Is a boarding school for orphaned children, not orphaned monsters!
