Other mistake: There is scene in which the assassin is mocking the young would-be suicide bomber and his friend for eating with knives and forks whilst he eats using his hand to pick up the food. However, he eats with his left hand which is absolutely forbidden under Islam. All Muslims eat with their right hands unless they are unable to eat with it (for example if they have a broken arm).
Continuity mistake: Ewan and Mark are seen drawing their guns outside of Paul's house with silencers on. As they enter the house, the silencers are off. Once Ewan is upstairs, and Mark goes outside to look for Paul, they are back on the guns.
Factual error: The same car registration is used on several cars throughout the film.
Continuity mistake: Ewan begins to chase Ash out of the kitchen and through a corridor. Ash tips over a pile of stacked chairs which fall and block the width of the corridor, but could easily be climbed/jumped over. However, Ewan paces the length of the corridor as if the chairs are not there.
Revealing mistake: As Ewan enters through the door with the word 'paint' scratched into it, he is hit, but reacts about half a second too late.
Revealing mistake: Ewan asks Mark to look at the newspaper article about the graduate who was killed. Other than the leading paragraph written in bold text, and the word 'tragedy', the other words relate to an article about the affects of global warming on great white sharks. The text is also duplicated three times.
Continuity mistake: When Paul starts to undress the whore, the vodka bottle label is facing the camera. After Ewan turns the lights back on, the label is facing away from the camera, even though no one has touched it.
Continuity mistake: As Ewan is holding the blade to the whore's cheek, her hair is not across her face. Yet when he is about to release her from his grip, there is a large lock of hair across her face which appears instantly.
Visible crew/equipment: As the white van pulls away from the kerb outside the May Fair, crew members are reflected in it.
