Continuity mistake: Frau never got into Dr. Evil's rocket, but she's somehow on the moon base.
Suggested correction: Frau probably used the time machine from the Seattle Space Needle in 1999 to get to the moon base in 1969, since there is a time machine on the moon base as well.
Revealing mistake: During the bedroom scene with Felicity and Fat Bastard you can clearly see the air hose that fills his suit when he rolls over in the bed. (00:49:10)

Trivia: Pierce Brosnan wanted a cameo in this film and wanted to have Mike Meyers cameo in The World is Not Enough, but the two couldn't make their shooting schedules match for it. (From an interview with Brosnan in Maxim magazine.).
