Suggested correction: The reflection is the sky and buildings around the car.

Continuity mistake: When Sara points her gun at the field and cries "don't give me no hobo story", her hair around the right side of her face and neck changes positions between shots.

Suggested correction: Her hair is moving because of the wind. Her hair is never in a still position during that scene as her hair is moving in the wind. Same goes for the stalks in the fields moving because of the wind.

Continuity mistake: When old Seth is running away and sees his scar, the length of the sleeve rolled down changes between shots.

Suggested correction: The sleeve length is changing because old Seth is pulling his sleeve down to read the scar.

Continuity mistake: When Joe exchanges the silver bars, his friend is shown entering in the background. The man places his hand in the right hand corner of the basket as he finishes placing the gun. A few seconds later, as Joe retracts his gun from the basket, the man's gun is now placed at the left hand corner. (00:03:25)

Suggested correction: You never actually see the second gun being placed into the basket on the wall so it's easy to surmise that the second one was placed to the left of the first.

Continuity mistake: When old Joe is in the night club killing everybody, his face is covered in blood, but spotless when seen through the CCTV.

Question: If people can be sent back to a precise time and location, why not send them to ground zero of Hiroshima or Pompeii or 20,000 feet in the air over the middle of the Pacific?

Answer: The current method works better because an assassin being present confirms the kill and the disposal of the body. If you sent someone back to Hiroshima or some other place you could never be sure the body wouldn't be found.
