Plot hole: No one wonders what happened to all the staff and patients at that sanatorium? No police ever came there and checked the place out after 30 years? And all the patient records, furniture, etc are still there?
Visible crew/equipment: When the cannibals are sitting in the kitchen boiling flesh and eating it, you can see a crew member walking by in the background.
Continuity mistake: Vincent has brown hair. When he has the spike driven through his head, his hair is blonde.
Continuity mistake: In this film it's stated that Three Finger can't feel any pain, but several times in the previous film when he's stabbed or injured he cries out in pain.
Plot hole: This film takes place in 2003, meaning it takes place right before the original. The cannibals' house in the original looks like its been lived in for years, but this one shows they've been living in the sanitarium.
Revealing mistake: When the cannibal throws Porter's body on the table you can plainly see its a rubber body. Especially when he cuts off the head.
