Continuity mistake: Right after the Rabbi is shot in the beginning of the movie by Dominic, we see the two prophets check to see what was taken from the office. We can plainly see the dead Rabbi take two deep breaths during this scene.
Continuity mistake: In the final scene, Dr. Lane enters Michael York's office, holding a gun to his head from ten feet. Then, we get a close-up of York talking. Back to a wider shot, Dr. Lane is now holding the gun two inches from York's head.
Audio problem: When Dr. Lane is typing at the end of the film, the number and frequency of sounds for the typed characters does not match either the number or the speed the Hebrew characters appearing on the monitor.
Factual error: Dr. Lane must have become a pretty good typist by the end of the film. Not only can he perfectly type in Hebrew characters on a perfectly normal US keyboard (which, for example, has no four H's like Hebrew but one), he can also type at a ten character per second speed with one finger, not mentioning that he's only pressing keys around J.
Other mistake: During the scene where the Asian man is fighting off a security guard, the guard kicks his head back one time when no-one appears to have hit him.
Factual error: When Lane is talking with his wife and they are bugged, the one who listens to their conversation through a radio-like machine turns up the volume to hear them better. The thing is, he does that by turning the knob that says "Channel" under it.
Plot hole: When Michael York got the final code, the characters on his paper melted in blood. In the end, when he gets another copy from Dr. Lane in his main office, multiple shots show his desk, where there is his copy of the final code - perfectly intact and readable.
