Continuity mistake: The red ink/marker encircling "notstop looking" is a continuous line forming an oval; the two ends meet above the "s" in notstop. The second time Oskar looks at it, the oval is different - two slightly overlapping ovals above the "t" in stop and the ends do not meet. The oval also stays mostly on the same line whereas the first one was wider, going into the words on the lines above and below. Also, the red ink does NOT look like it bled through the page, though that's what Oskar figures out. (00:05:13 - 00:14:00)

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close is a drama about a young autistic boy who is on a quest to find the lock for a key that his father left while alive during the tragic events of 9/11/2001. Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock star as the boy's parents. Powerful, poignant yet made for an Oscar and manipulative, this film takes you though the mind of this child as he searches for his father while also dealing with his confusion and suffering. Max von Sydow, Voila Davis and John Goodman also perform, but it is the well-studied Thomas Horn who will draw you in as the 9-year old Oskar Schell. Give it a look and then make up your mind as to its merits.
Oskar Schell: Dad told me, he said: I really love your mother, she's such a good girl.
