Continuity mistake: While Pooh and his hungry tummy are searching for honey Pooh finds himself at Owl's house, and in the first wideshot we can see the wood sign that reads "Dont nock plez ring" with nothing above it, but once Pooh reads the sign suddenly Eeyore's tail is hanging above the sign as a bell-pull. Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film, Pooh is presented with a huge pot filled to the top with honey, which is overflowing and running down the outside of the pot. Pooh climbs to the top of the pot and jumps in. Suddenly the honey, even with Pooh swimming in it, is several inches from the top.
Answer: In the original book, near the beginning when talking about Winnie it says "his arms were so stiff... they stayed up straight in the air for more than a week, and whenever a fly came and settled on his nose he had to blow it off. And I think-but I am not sure-that that is why he is always called Pooh."
