Character mistake: Laurel & Hardy's testimony sent Muldoon to prison. He was freed when the real criminal confessed. Muldoon vowed revenge. Five years later at a bullfight, Laurel is posing as a Spanish bullfighter, Don Sebastian. Muldoon recognizes him and points to him and mistakenly shouts, "That's Hardy - -and the other one is Laurel."

Continuity mistake: Laurel and Hardy climb a pile of hay to get away from an angry bull. They fall into a wagon which begins to careen out of control and race downhill. The close-ups use rear-screen projection that shows a tree-filled forest. In the long shots, however, the wagon is speeding through a cactus-covered desert. (00:45:45)
Oliver: That bull wouldn't hirt a fly.
Stanley Laurel: Yeah, but I'm not a fly.
