After Rager is stabbed by Tugz, his brother Junior travels to see ganglord Whisper to ask for his permission to kill Tugz. Following a feud with Tugz' fellow gang members, Junior corners Tugz but cannot stab him. This gives Tugz a chance to slash Junior's face prompting a struggle over the knife, ending in Tugz falling down a stairwell to his death on a shopping cart below.
