Character mistake: Lisa is testifying about the 1963 Pontiac Tempest and the 1964 Buick Skylark being the same height, width, and wheelbase. While the Tempest and Skylark shared the same components, the 1963 and 1964 models were quite different from each other. The 1964 Skylark and Tempest moved to a 115 inch wheelbase and a larger body and frame. The 1963 Skylark and Tempest were smaller with a 112 inch wheelbase. An expert as she claims to be wouldn't confuse the two.
My Cousin Vinny (1992)
1 character mistake
Directed by: Jonathan Lynn
Starring: Marisa Tomei, Joe Pesci, Ralph Macchio, Mitchell Whitfield
Continuity mistake: The scene filmed in 'Daves Bar-B-Q' is across the street from a bank that has an outdoor sign indicating time and temperature visible through the restaurant window behind Vinny. When the meal begins, the time is in the 12:00 o'clock hour. Seconds later when the clock is visible again the time is in the 4:00 o'clock hour. The judge only permitted a 60 minute recess. (01:34:20 - 01:36:00)
Vinny Gambini: Is it possible, the two youts-
Judge Haller: Uh, two what? What was that word?
Vinny Gambini: What word?
Judge Haller: Two what?
Vinny Gambini: What?
Judge Haller: Did you say "youts"?
Vinny Gambini: Yeah, two youts.
Judge Haller: What is a yout?
Vinny Gambini: Oh, excuse me, your honor. Two youths.
Trivia: During the stuttering lawyer's opening statements, if you look in the backround, you will see Vinny, Stan, and Ralph Macchio laughing. It's really obvious when the lawyer is walking back to the table, and Stan has a smirk on his face, trying not to laugh.
Question: What is the differences between 1st degree murder, second, and third degree murder?

Answer: First degree murder is premeditated, second degree is a crime of passion (i.e. murder in the heat of the moment) and third degree is now called manslaughter - accidental killing.
