Moonraker

Continuity mistake: When the Minister of Defence sees Bond and Holly making love in the space shuttle, he leans forward on his chair. In the next shot, he is sitting straight and leans forward a second time.

Continuity mistake: When one of the NASA controllers says "We have audio visual" in the control room, look at the Mission Control Director. You can see that he has his hands clasped together, but in the very next shot his hands are separated.

Continuity mistake: When Drax throws two pieces of meat at his Doberman Pinschers, one piece lands by the leg of one of the dogs. But when Drax clicks his fingers to signal the dogs to eat the meat, the piece has moved in front of the dog's face.

Suggested correction: No reason why the dog couldn't have moved the piece of meat closer to its face off-screen.

The whole idea of that scene is to show how obedient the dogs were and how well trained they are. Drax says that to Bond in the scene so the dogs wouldn't touch the meat at all until Drax gave the signal by clicking his fingers.

Continuity mistake: During the fight with Chan, the lighting on the wooden crate that they break changes every time: sometimes the lettering is fully lit, others half lit.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: When Bond smashes Chan against the Rio de Janeiro labeled crate, the damage on the planks changes completely between shots.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: Before the gravity simulator starts, Bond has had his tie skewed and his shirt opened and messed up. A frame later it's all ironed and neat.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: When Corinne show Bond the Moonraker base from the helicopter, watch the headphones behind and you'll notice they change positions between shots.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: In the chopper, when Corinne is shown without headphones her hair swaps from messed up to brushed back and forth between shots.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: When Bond pushes the Chinese guy through the paned glass window, the remaining glass has an irregular shape in some shots, or square in others.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: When Bond's gondola is shot at, the yellow seats become wet, and the droplets disappear in the immediate following angles.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: When Q shows Bond how the laser gun works, note the Mexican doll's red handkerchief. It changes styles between shots, despite the laser being aimed at the mannequin's head.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: On the cable car, Jaws punches Lois, who knocks her head against an iron structure. A frame later, when the angle changes, she is knocking her head again.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: When the movie starts and Bond is in the plane, the champagne bottle faces a 9 o'clock or 11 o'clock position, depending on the shot.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: When the space station laser deploys, the American space shuttle can be seen in the distance, with the curve of the Earth angled next to the shuttle. The shot changes to a close-up of the shuttle, and the curve of the Earth is now directly underneath it.

Vader47000

Continuity mistake: Shortly before Drax farewells James Bond in the Brazilian base, the countdown on the screen says "T -00:14:06". Six seconds later, it's "T - 00:11:08". Another five seconds later and the "T-" is gone. Looks like they cut a bit or two there. (01:25:45)

Continuity mistake: In Venice, the man in the coffin throws a knife at the captain of the gondola and one at Bond. There were 4 knives besides him and 3 after that. When he dies, the knives have disappeared.

Dr Wilson

Continuity mistake: The helicopter on which Corinne Dufour and James Bond fly has a huge number written on the bottom, but it has disappeared when they arrive at Drax's palace.

Factual error: Although it's already been mentioned that the scene of the shuttle being stolen from the back of the 747 is impossible because the shuttle wouldn't be fueled while being transported, it should also be noted that even if the shuttle was fueled, it would still be just as impossible. During the getaway, the thieves ignited the shuttle's three main engines to get free of the 747 and escape. The thing is, the shuttle's main engines are fueled entirely by the large external tank the shuttle and the solid fuel boosters are attached to during liftoff, and once the tank is jettisoned, these engines cannot be used. The only engines the shuttle's internal fuel feeds are the reaction control thrusters and the Orbital Maneuvering System (which are the two smaller engines located in the bulges just above the main engines). Both the RCS thrusters and OMS engines are almost totally useless within the atmosphere, so even if the thieves managed to get the shuttle free of the 747, they could only get it as far as it would glide unpowered. In fact, they could probably get it further if it wasn't fueled. It should be noted that this is not a fictional, futuristic spacecraft. It's a bog standard shuttle, stolen from NASA, on the back of the modified 747 used by them to transport the orbiter from its landing site to Cape Canaveral.
