Other mistake: At the beginning of the movie when Wheeler and Danny step out of the elevator just before Danny is surprised with his 10th Anniversary party, an extra is walking into the elevator and presses an imaginary call button on the wall. (00:03:33)
Continuity mistake: In the school auditorium, Ronnie slams down the microphone to the ground during his breakdown and storms off the stage. When they cut to the wide shot, the microphone is back in its holder. (00:11:08)
Audio problem: When Augie is kneeling down, Sarah walks by and says to him "Hi Blupkin" but her mouth does not move. (00:25:30)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Ronnie steals the Jeep, he makes a large oval out of the parking lot and back in. The outside shot is of him going counter clockwise (turning left), although a shot of the steering wheel shows a large right turn. Note that although this could be explained as turning the wheel to straiten out the car, it happens at the wrong time and the steering wheel's in the wrong starting position. (00:27:00)
Continuity mistake: When Danny gets dumped and at the end of his speech, he throws the microphone on the ground, but then it is back on the stand. (02:11:15)
Continuity mistake: In the shot where Ronnie steals Wheeler's jeep and accelerates, the shot changes and now Ronnie is wearing white instead of the brown jacket he was originally wearing, and Ronnie's arms grow longer.
Visible crew/equipment: When Gayle is lecturing the group just before they are going to meet the "littles", you can see the camera crew reflected in the TV behind Gayle.
Continuity mistake: Right after the coffee shop scene, when Danny and Wheeler are in the company truck, look at the passenger side window. In close shots, you can see some grease pencil writing on the glass. In wider shots, the marks are gone.
