Factual error: In the scene where the camera shows Times Square, visible on the right of the screen in the front of the shot is a poster for the Broadway show "The Lion King". The Lion King just celebrated 10 years on Broadway and was not playing in 1994.

Emily is Maya's mother. Will gives the old Jane Eyre book to April and she tells him to leave, thinking that he kept it on purpose. Will and Maya go to April's apartment and he tells April that he kept the book because that was the only part of April that he had when they were apart. Will decides to tell the same story he told Maya to April about how they met.

Will: I never told you the happy ending.
Maya: What is it?
Will: You.
Trivia: The number Emily gives Will is 212-664-7665. Unlike the usual fake "555" number often used in movies, this is a real number that's also used in Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and The Adjustment Bureau. Universal Studios acquired it precisely to save having to use a fake number in their films.
Question: Do the earphones Ryan Reynolds uses at the beginning actually exist? I don't think I've ever seen wireless earphones that small.
