Visible crew/equipment: Just before the first robbery, as Bob approaches the water fountain, the camera crew is reflected in the storefront window as they push the camera dolly.
Drugstore Cowboy (1989)
1 visible crew/equipment mistake
Directed by: Gus Van Sant
Starring: Matt Dillon, Heather Graham, Kelly Lynch, James Le Gros
Factual error: The movie is set in 1971, but a fire extinguisher with modern pictorial labels can be seen when the detective is dusting for fingerprints in the drugstore.
Rick: Jesus, Bob, you never told us anything about not mentioning dogs.
Bob: The reason nobody mentioned dogs, Rick, is that to mention the dog would have been a hex in itself.
Rick: All right, well, now we are on the subject, are there an other stupid things we aren't supposed to mention that will affect our future?
Trivia: There is a scene where we get a look at the neighborhood around Bob's house. We see an elderly lady sweeping her front porch, glancing suspiciously at Bob. That lady is Ruthie, and she owned the house on North Greenwich Avenue used for most of the interior shots. The porch she is sweeping is at the house across the street from hers.
