Continuity mistake: After hitting the animal in the forest when entering the park, the windscreen of the van is covered in blood. In the next shot the van is shiny and looks like it has just been washed, but a few seconds later it has dried blood on it again.

Tara killed all the rest of the group while she was either suffering the effects of the death's head mushroom or was possessed by either the specter of the lonely twin or the black brother. At the end she seems to kill a paramedic with some surgical scissors then jumps out of the still moving ambulance to flee back into the woods.
