Continuity mistake: When Dan has found the surviving guy from the plane crash, he's wearing rubber medical gloves while examining him for injuries. In the next shot, he's walking to pick up the foam tub with the liver for his son but he's not wearing gloves. In the following shot, he's wearing gloves again. (00:26:25)
Revealing mistake: The shots of the aircraft in flight (carrying the liver) at the beginning of the film have been flipped. The "tail number" of the plane is visible and is obviously backwards.
