Josie and the Pussycats

Other mistake: Watch when two bodyguards shove Mel and Val towards the car at the end of the movie- one of the bodyguards steps on Val's tail and nearly trips.

Other mistake: In the scene where The Pussycats' first single, "Pretend to Be Nice," is being progressed up the Billboard chart, as the camera is scrolling down the list of singles the song "Missing Sneakers" is actually listed in two different chart positions for that same week. Everyone knows that the same exact song can't be listed twice in one week on the same chart.

Other mistake: In the video for "Pretend To Be Nice", the girls are shown wearing silvery clothes and playing their instruments. Watch Val when they play the chorus. She's leaning back away from the mic, then suddenly moves towards it, realizing she's supposed to be singing into it.

Continuity mistake: At the concert, when Alan M yells at Josie, she steps away from the mike, and yet she is still amplified. But then when Alan M gets on stage, she is still the same distance from the mike, but suddenly no longer amplified.

Trivia: At the beginning, when Wyatt is "removing" Dujour, he says to the pilot, "Take the Chevy to the levee." I'm fairly certain this is a reference to Don McLean's song "American Pie," written for the death of Buddy Holly, a famous 1950 rock-and-roll singer. One of the lines in the song is, "...took my Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry."
