A comedy produced by Kevin Smith. A group of twenty-something slackers living off welfare find out that their welfare check has been cut off. One of the group members, Donner (Jason Lee), decides he wants to find Bigfoot, and coaxes the rest of the group to follow him into the woods, convincing them that his uncle has a cabin that they can stay in. He doesn't tell them about his real mission. Once in the woods, the group gets lost, with Donner slowly losing his mind as his quest to find Bigfoot becomes dangerously obsessive.
