Continuity mistake: Closeau is at his desk preparing to light his pipe. The Pipe is in his mouth as he lights the match, the camera angle changes and now it is out of his mouth in his left hand as the camera zooms in, he puts it back in his mouth to light.

5/10. Honestly it's hard to watch this movie knowing Peter Sellers isn't in it. He made the Pink Panther series what it is and this one's not the same without him.

Trivia: Although Richard Mulligan plays Clouseau's father in this film, he was seven years younger than Peter Sellers.
