It's All Gone Pete Tong

It's All Gone Pete Tong (2004)

Ending / spoiler

(0 votes)

DJ Frankie Wilde learns how to lip-read with the help of Penelope, an instructor. Frankie realizes he is able to "hear" music through sight and vibrations (by putting his feet on speakers and viewing the digital waveforms of music tracks). He plays a gig at Pacha and is a huge success. As the press waits outside, Frankie and Penelope disappear. The last scene is Frankie teaching deaf kids to sign to music. He and Penelope have a baby and they're happy without the fame and fortune.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where (after the love scene with Penelopa) Frankie unpacks his subwoofers there aren't any handles on them for his foot. In the next shot they suddenly appear.
