Revealing mistake: When White God fires a needle through the wall of the kitchen, Ricky grabs onto it and is dragged towards the kitchen wall. Revealing mistake: When one of the inmates goes to cut off the assistant warden's right arm with an axe, the moment before his arm gets chopped off, we can see that it has been replaced with a fake dummy arm. (01:20:24)
Revealing mistake: Just after Ricky has killed the bald inmate, he then goes to punch the assistant warden in his face, resulting in his one real eye falling out. He breaks a small corner on the headstone with his hand to demonstrate, however it can be noticed that there are visible cut marks on the corner that he breaks off before doing so, revealing that the corner had already been cut off and reapplied to make it easier for Uncle Ghost to chop it off.
