Then just as Gracie trips on the luggage cart, her pretty orange blouse flies up at the back and Sandra Bullock's mic transmitter is visible at the back of her pants. Continuity mistake: When Gracie is reviewing Joel's etiquette rule book, her right hand holds the book while her left flips the pages, but in a consecutive shot she is suddenly holding the book with her left hand flipping pages with her right. (00:17:10)

Question: What was the thing which appears to be a metal grate that fell and almost hit Gracie as she dove through the window of the pirate ship? She had just broken open with her feet and going through head first. Immediately after getting past the opening you can see it fall from above. Was she (or the stuntwoman) nearly injured?
