As he says, "I don't think Thomas Wayne would have viewed heavy-arms manufacture as a suitable cornerstone for our business", in the wide shot, their chairs are about half a metre apart, but in the close-up, the chairs are much closer to each other. Continuity mistake: The woman that shoots Joe Chill pushes the gun all the way against his chest. In the next shot, the gun is at least a foot away from his chest. The scene is shown in real time, and no one moves that quickly. (00:24:40)

Answer: "Rahz" or "Raaz" is how the name is pronounced in Arabic. The pronounciation in the animated series was purposfully done to shun the notion of Ra's being Arabic (having a terrorist be Arabic could cause problems for a children's cartoon.)
