Continuity mistake: When Otto is telling Archie to apologize for calling him stupid, you see Otto pointing his finger at Archie and when the camera angle changes his finger is now pressed up against his chest. (01:01:28)

Continuity mistake: The scene after Ken has run over the second dog Wanda is yelling at Ken. As she says "You come loping in like Rambo and dangle him out a fifth-floor window," they stop in the shade. When it cuts the sun is shining on them. (01:02:00)

Continuity mistake: When Otto is holding Archie upside down from the window, you see Archie's right foot pressed up against the back of Otto's ear. The camera angle changes and his foot is now further back from his ear, more towards the back of his head. (01:02:42)

Continuity mistake: As the witness is crossing the street at the crosswalk, you can see that the crosswalk is located at the number 57 house. Ken crashes his car into the garbage can and the crosswalk is now seen at the 61 house. (01:03:17)

Continuity mistake: Ken is trying to run over the witness as she is walking her dogs at the crosswalk. He swerves the car to avoid hitting her dogs and crashes into a garbage can. As he crashes into the garbage can you can see that the witness is no longer on the crosswalk. The camera angle changes again and she is now back on the crosswalk. (01:03:22)

Continuity mistake: When Ken crashes into the garbage can to avoid hitting the witness' dog, you see garbage being strewn all over the front of his car, but not in it. The camera angle changes and you now see Ken throwing garbage out of the driver's side after opening the door to get out. (01:03:29)

Continuity mistake: When Wanda is yelling at Otto at the docks, you see a barge with blue containers in the background behind Otto. The camera angle changes to Wanda walking over to Otto and the barge is gone. (01:04:58)

Continuity mistake: As Otto is driving up to Archie's house to apologize, you do not see the lamp post's reflection in the driver's side rear passenger window. When Otto gets out of the car, you see that he is parked along side a lamp post that you would have seen when he was pulling up to the house because it is right in front of that window. (01:06:03)

Visible crew/equipment: When Wendy arrives home, before finding Archie unconscious on the floor, as she gets out of the car, the crew is reflected in the side mirror of the car. (01:06:15)

Continuity mistake: When Archie breaks into his house to stage a robbery, you see him break the window of the door and most of the glass falls onto the ground. When Otto is seen walking into the door a few seconds later, there is more glass left in the door then there was when Archie walked in. (01:06:45)

Continuity mistake: Right before Otto hits Archie during Archie's staged robbery at his house, Archie runs by a door and you can see his shadow on the door moving. You then see the shadow disappear and then a few seconds later you hear Otto talking and another shadow appears on the door. This was defintely where they stopped and then started the camera. Continuity mistake: When Archie is trying to put the locket in his mouth he is seen kneeling about 3 feet from the ground. The camera angle changes and he is now seen at about 6 inches from the ground. (01:09:47)

Continuity mistake: When Archie gets the locket in his mouth, he lays his head on the ground and you can see pearls near his head. His wife runs up to him to help him and the pearls have moved and there is now a silver chalis in front of the pearls. (01:09:54)

Continuity mistake: When Archie gets home after ending it with Wanda and Otto awaits him, it's dark outside. As Archie runs away and rounds the corner of the house it's brighter and close to dawn. (01:13:40)

Continuity mistake: When the family walks into the flat and Archie is naked, he grabs a picture and puts it in front of him and you see his arms bent. The camera angle changes to a rear shot and his arms are now straight. The camera angle changes again and his arms are bent again. Happens about 3 times throughout the scene. (01:14:28)

Continuity mistake: When John Cleese has removed his clothes and the tenants of the flat come into the room, a quick rear view show that he has blue underwear on, when he's supposed to be naked. (01:14:46)

Suggested correction: This is barely visible on the full screen version. When the picture is properly matted for widescreen, it is not visible at all.

Continuity mistake: After Ken has killed the last dog the rope is stacked on one side of the box that dropped on the dog. When it cuts from an overhead shot the rope is stacked on the other side of the box. (01:16:00)

Continuity mistake: When Ken tells Otto they can pick up the loot at Heathrow and get away all thanks to him, he points out his hand to touch Otto's noose. At that time his thumb is in touch with his middle finger. When it cuts his thumb is sticking out. (01:18:45)

Visible crew/equipment: After Ken kills the last dog and the witness has a heart attack, he walks out of the house he was in and in the reflection of the black door you can see a crew member and a camera. (01:19:35)

Continuity mistake: When Otto is interrogating Ken he sticks some chips up Ken's nose. At one point, before Otto asks where the diamonds are, there are traces of ketchup on one of the chips that disappear two shots later. (01:19:50)
