Continuity mistake: After the duck hunters scene Beverly is inside the truck with her left arm raised. In the immediate next shot it's lowered.

Continuity mistake: When Howard and Phil's microlight is about to crash against the stall the people run away. A shot later two men have suddenly appear only to disappear a shot later.

Continuity mistake: At the nuclear plant, when the visitors walk around the place Overlord rests his hands on a glass but a shot later they're lowered.

Continuity mistake: The Overlord sticks out his tongue and plugs it into the lighter. In the shot outside the truck the tongue disappears.

Revealing mistake: When the Overlord is driving the truck and a monster tongue comes out of his mouth he is replaced for a very cheap and blatant wax figure with fake skin and fluffy hair.

Revealing mistake: When the Overlord sends Howard flying and makes him turn around on air the shadow of the pole moving him is visible.

Continuity mistake: When Jenning destroys the Ketchup bottle he only breaks the upper part while the label remains perfect. A shot later the label in the lower part is broken in two.

Revealing mistake: When Jenning/Overlord sends a man flying through the window, the cable attached to his back is perfectly visible.

Continuity mistake: At the diner the position of the jean jacket changes in every single shot: sometimes it's between Beverly and Howard and others it lies behind her back.

Continuity mistake: At the bar, while standing on the counter, Howard punches a guy with a hat on. Then he punches him again and the hat is gone, only to reappear in the close-up.

Continuity mistake: Before Beverly, Doc and Howard take a seat at the diner the waiter behind the counter next to a couple is suddenly at the far side of the counter.

Continuity mistake: When Beverly, Jenning and Howard arrive at the diner a waiter is serving and later spilling a jug of water. A shot later he is magically gone and he arrives and serves water again, though this time he doesn't spill it.

Revealing mistake: Before the car pulls up by the diner, after smashing a billboard, skidmarks from previous takes are visible on the ground.

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Jenning is driving and says that the monster has taken hold of him he puts his left hand over his right hand, a shot later they swap positions.

Visible crew/equipment: Lighting screens are reflected on Phil's lenses when he removes Howard's feathers off his tail and leaves the place.

Continuity mistake: Right before the bad guys place Howard on the counter his drink disappears from the counter and reappears 30 cm away to allow for the stunt.

Visible crew/equipment: When the woman at the bureau of employment looks at Howard, the reflection on her lenses show a white screen used for lighting. Howard has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: Outside of the museum a bunch of kids reach out and touch Howard. The hands appear and disappear randomly between shots.

Continuity mistake: Outside of the museum Beverly and Howard argue next to a fountain. There's a shot of a man eating a sandwich in disbelief with a couple walking behind him. Shot cuts back to Howard for several seconds, and when it goes back to the sandwich man a couple continues their walk, they shouldn't be there.

Continuity mistake: After Howard and Beverly exit the museum, a couple on the left run away. And the following shot they are nowhere to be seen, at least they should get reflected on the glass.
