Factual error: When Andy and Charlie have caught a cab (allegedly in Manhattan), and the agents are running after the car, we see green letters reading "Manor", which is a movie theater in Wilmington, NC. (00:03:19 - 03:26:00)
Audio problem: After Charlie has set the mans feet on fire, her dad picks her up and carries her out the door. She says "I didn't mean it daddy," but her lips aren't moving. (00:11:50)
Revealing mistake: When Charlie sets the mens clothes on fire, burning gel is clearly visible on their clothes. (00:38:30)
Continuity mistake: There is a dead, burning body laying in front of one black, burning car. In one shot of a man using his coat to put out fire on another mans arm, the body isn't there. It returns later. (00:39:15 - 00:40:20)
Revealing mistake: When one car explodes, you can blatantly see the two men standing beside the car are in fact nothing but lifeless dummies. (00:39:45)
Continuity mistake: When Charlie is setting the cars on fire and making them explode, two guys run to a car, near a picnic table set, which is intact and brand new looking, which in a previous shot exploded! The car next to it also explodes in a previous shot, but is brand new/intact in the same shot too! (00:39:45)
Continuity mistake: When Charlie and Andy are both shot on the wooden walkway, the "Raisin Chex" box that Andy drops changes the angle it sits between shots, and between many consecutive shots the cardboard flaps of the box alternate from being up/down. (00:52:35 - 00:53:30)
Revealing mistake: When Charlie is in the testing room at The Shop, she is asked to set a tray of wood chips on fire. The tray starts to smoke and in one view you can see the smoke coming from under the table. (01:14:45)
Continuity mistake: When Charlie sets the bath full of water on fire, the bits of burning wood scattered around the bath change position greatly between shots. (01:15:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When Charlie makes the red handle of the tap fly off, in the stable, when it hits the wood you can see the black wire attached behind it. (01:38:45)
Visible crew/equipment: When Charlie is in the stable, she makes a big fiery explosion, and the three men in protective suits go flying through the stable doors. Long black wires are visible, connected to all three of them. (01:43:30)
Visible crew/equipment: You can see the wires attached to the fireballs Charlie shoots at the bad guys.
Other mistake: Vicky is murdered and her corpse pops out of the closet. She slowly opens her eyes despite being dead.
Continuity mistake: As the pick-up heads toward Charlie at the end, the man in the back is firing at her. When she makes the truck explode, the figure in the back is a dummy, as his arms look mounted to the roof. Also, one yellow floodlight in front of him is off, and when the explosion occurs, it's on.
Answer: Everything happened too fast for him to react, his powers were barely working, controlling only Captain Hollister. If he was at full power he could have controlled everyone.
