Nicole Walker meets a charming young man by the name of David McCall. She starts to see the darker side of David when he beats up one of her friends just for walking with her, and then goes totally ballistic when she tries to break up with him.
David McCall: You're not dancing.
Nicole Walker: I know.
Question: After Laura and Steve leave to go out of town, Nicole calls David to come over. He's in the car with Logan and during this scene, while talking to Nicole, he's rubbing something in his lap, under his arm. What is he rubbing? Is it someone's head or his knee?
