Kyra is released from the hospital and goes home.While at her house,we find out that she and the killer were together,as she cuts her face while hearing the "faceless" killers voice talk to her.Kyra is the one who placed the ad looking for people to come to the lodge for an experimental film,and she placed the same ad at the end of movie again looking for new kill to mutilate.The title is a German word meaning "mutilated",which was something Kyra believed was beauty because she cut herself often.
