Visible crew/equipment: During the montage of the kid, there is a shot looking in from the front of the car (featuring Dick Tracy and his girlfriend, with the kid in the middle) where the back window is just a blue screen, and the black stage curtains (behind the car) are visible at the top edges of the screen. 8.5/10. Pretty good despite the choice of Madonna. Warren Beatty does pretty well as Dick Tracy especially in scenes with Al Pacino.
Dick Tracy: Is the enemy of my enemy my friend, or the enemy of my friend my enemy?
Pat Patton: What?
Dick Tracy: Or enemy of my enemy my enemy?
Pat Patton: What'd he say?
Dick Tracy: The enemy of my enemy is my enemy.
Sam Catchem: He said the enemy of his enemy is his enemy.
Pat Patton: Oh.
Trivia: The entire color palette of the film is limited to seven colors. Every instance of any color is the exact same shade. This was done to evoke the feel of the comic strip origin.
