Continuity mistake: When Dr Nookey kisses Goldie after their wedding at the end of the film, you can see the top of Dr Nookey's wedding suit is completely clean, but in the next shot there is now confetti on it.

Continuity mistake: When Goldie says "You make me so mad!" to Dr Nookey at the Hospital Buffet and Dance, you can see the double bass player is holding his instrument with the back view facing the audience, but in the next shot the instrument has moved around and it is now facing the front.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Nookey is looking at the returned envelope from Goldie Locks, you can see he is holding the envelope with his fingers behind it, but when we see a close-up of the envelope in the next shot, he is now holding it with his thumbs at the bottom.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Nookey sees the returned letter from Goldie Locks and then looks at a picture of her on the table next to his bed, the empty whisky bottle next to the picture changes position between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Nookey breaks off one the doors after going through them on the hospital trolley, the position of the broken door changes between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Nookey is having his coffee with Gladstone, he lowers the mug from his mouth when Gladstone tells him it is made from "beetles", but when Nookey spits out the coffee in the next shot, he lowers the mug from his mouth a second time.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Nookey sees his returned letter from Goldie Locks, you can see that there is nothing by his hand on the table, but when we see the envelope in the next shot, a glass of whisky appears out of nowhere.

Continuity mistake: When Gladstone comes to the door after entering the hospital, his hand is initially at the bottom of the door but in the next shot is now much further up.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Stoppidge drinks the serum towards the end of the film, he is holding the bottle in his right hand. But when Gladstone enters and says "Aha!", we cut back to Stoppidge, and he now has the bottle in his left hand.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Stoppidge asks Dr Nookey what he had been doing to Miss Armitage in the washroom, the position of Dr Nookey's right hand on his towel changes between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Gladstone says "I'm sure you'll agree" when he is having his drink in Dr Nookey's office, he raises the glass to his mouth, but when viewed from behind in the next shot, Gladstone's glass is nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: When Gladstone says "We're in the pregnant belt" when he is having his tea with Dr Nookey at the Medical Mission, Gladstone raises his mug to his mouth twice between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Miss Armitage wakes up to find Dr Nookey in her room, she takes away her hand from under her head. In the next shot, the hand is back under her head again.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Stoppidge is listening to the conversation between Dr Carver and Dr Nookey in Dr Carver's office, he uses a switch on the box to turn off the conversation, and you can see that Dr Stoppidge's hand is under the switch. In the next shot, he now has his hand on the box.

Continuity mistake: When Mr Carver and the porter are talking about the new matron at the hospital, the porter can be seen with his hands wide apart on the desk. In the next shot, he now has his hands clasped together, and in the shot after that, they are wide apart again.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Nookey arrives at his Consulting Rooms, he has a newspaper in his right hand. But when comes through the door in the next shot, the newspaper is now in his left hand.

Continuity mistake: When we see Dr Nookey sleeping in his bed at the Medical Mission, he can be seen with his right hand on his left arm, but in the next shot he now has both hands on his pyjamas.

Continuity mistake: When Gladstone asks Dr Nookey if he would to see a doctor after stepping into a hole at the Medical Mission, Dr Nookey has his right hand by the door. In the next shot, he is now holding the door.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Nookey threatens Mr Carver with his bottle of champagne, you can see he is holding the bottle upside down, but when he enters the ward, the bottle is now the right way up.

Continuity mistake: When Dr Carver asks Ellen how she is at the nursing home, Ellen puts her hands together twice between shots.

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Charles Hawtrey and some people rush up the stairs to see what all the fuss is about, Jim Dale goes down the stairs on a delivery trolley. Charles Hawtrey then says "Oh no!" and both he and the other people run down the stairs. In the next scene, Jim Dale appears at the bottom of the stairs and there are no people in sight, but in the next scene, Charles Hawtrey and the other people appear out of nowhere to rush down the stairs to avoid being hit by the trolley.
