Continuity mistake: When the Brigadier is having a meeting with the other officers at the start of the film, you can see he has one hand on the table, but when we see a close-up of the Brigadier, he now has two hands on the table.
Trivia: The role of the Brigadier (portrayed by Peter Jones) was originally written for Kenneth Williams.
