Factual error: When Brad does the jump shot to make the 8-ball, we can see the cue ball as it leaves the rail, and there is no way that it could result in the position on the nine ball, in the next frame.
Poolhall Junkies (2002)
1 factual error
Directed by: Mars Callahan
Starring: Rod Steiger, Chazz Palminteri, Ricky Schroder, Michael Rosenbaum, Mars Callahan
Continuity mistake: Uncle Mike can be seen in the background in a shot of the final game before he is shown arriving at the poolhall.
Johnny Doyle: How about I tell you where you got your shoes. If I win, you give me a job. If I lose you can have my ring.
Merv: Deal. But you're never going to get that job, Johnny, and here's why. I bought these shoes on a cruise in international waters, so no matter what you say, you're wrong.
Johnny Doyle: But Merv, I didn't say I would tell you where you'd bought 'em, I said I'd tell you where you got 'em, and right now you got 'em on your feet.
Trivia: The co-directors of the film actually met one another while trying to hustle one another at pool. Some of the hustles shown in the movie are taken from their real life experiences.
