Continuity mistake: When they call the sausage company in Omaha, it is busy. When they show the phone in a couple shots later, it has more that one line and shouldn't have been busy.
Continuity mistake: When they travel from Missouri to Omaha to the sausage factory, they act like it only took an hour or so. (You can tell because it is still dark outside). In reality, that should have taken hours.

Hanky Royce: My folks are divorced.
Jinnie Sue McAllister: Well, how come you don't live with your dad?
