Dragonslayer is exactly that-a poor boy attempts to kill a dragon and save the latest happless virgin from being roasted and eaten. He is accompanied by a girl who he originally thought was a boy. Great special effects for this 1981 film! Catch this one.

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the final battle, the dragon flies up toward the wizard and a sharp horizontal line breaks through the dragon, revealing the composited shot.
