Continuity mistake: At the hospital when Jackie pushed Watson through the doorway, Watson bounces between the walls before finally hitting the door. The way Jackie is standing in the door opening change between the shots. For example, Jackie stands with his right arm down. When it cuts he is holding his right arm by his waist. (00:46:10)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie accidentally hits the door, making it fly through the air, the color of the door changes from light green to vanilla white. (00:47:50)
Continuity mistake: At the hospital when Jackie jumps through the air and grabs the pole the curtains are hanging from, we can see a curtain land on the bed that Jackie is about to land on. When it cuts, the curtain is on the floor. (00:48:05)
Continuity mistake: When Nicole arrive at the hospital and calling for Jai, watch the men running behind her. None of them is holding a gun. When it cuts one of them is suddenly running with a gun in his hand while aiming. (00:48:10)
Continuity mistake: When Watson is carefully hitting Jackie with the pot, Watson turns his face away. When it cuts he is facing Jackie. (00:50:00)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie and Watson are on the video conference with the other professors, the professor that knows all about the medallion switches from sitting with a guitar and not sitting with a guitar. In one shot his sunglasses also disappear. (00:52:55)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie and Watson are driving Watson's car right after they've been on a video conference with all the professors, they park the car. We see Jackie has his seatbelt on, but when it cuts to him breaking the door off the seatbelt is no longer on him. He could not have removed it that fast. (00:53:40)
Continuity mistake: When Jai gives Snakehead his life back, there is a close-up of the medallion. We can see the leather band of the medallion around their hands. When it cuts the band is gone. (00:59:30)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie shows the medallion to Nicole we can see Jackie holding the medallion with one hand. Even though he is holding his other hand up as well we can see it isn't holding the medallion. When it cuts Jackie is holding it with both hands. Also now Nicole is suddenly touching the medallion. Continuity mistake: When Charlotte is being shot at she jumps on a banister. On the floor we can see a carpet. Later when she jumps down the carpet has moved closer to the wall. (01:03:40)
Continuity mistake: When one of the bad guys is shooting at Charlotte, Watson gets mad and shouts "How dare you shoot at my wife" while shooting at him. When the man falls down we can see him falling with his back first. When it cuts he comes down front first. (01:03:45)
Continuity mistake: When we see Watson flying his machine we can see him looking at a map. It cuts to a wide shot and he is not looking at the map. Then it cuts back to him and he is looking at the map again. (01:06:55)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie's foot is impaled by the pole thrown by Snakehead the pole bends away from Jackie. When it cuts to Jackie sliding off the pole it bends against him. (01:15:00)
Continuity mistake: When Eddie and Watson first follow the nurse, Eddie opens the doors and is on the right of Watson. In the next shot, he's on the left.
Continuity mistake: There is one point in the hospital scene where there's a close-up of the evil female nurse who shoots a quick glance behind her (towards us) and you can see that she looks nothing like she did moments earlier. In fact, she looks almost like a man.
Continuity mistake: When Jackie bashed several henchmen of Snakehead, there is no nurse in the room. Then, when he hides from Nicole, he makes a signal to Watson. Behind Watson, you can see a nurse come in and out of the screen on the right side.
