Factual error: When the General is shot as he comes out of his car, you can see an electronic black parking meter behind him. The film is set in 1996 and this kind of parking meter wasn't introduced until 1999.
Veronica Guerin: You'd do the same. If you saw those kids on the street, you would do the same.
