Shark Attack 3: Megalodon

Continuity mistake: The lifeguard runs to the shore telling people to get out of the water, and passes by some people on the beach. There's a two-second-long shot of the swimmers, and suddenly the previous scene is repeated for no reason at all. The lifeguard is away from the shore running towards the water again, and all the people on the beach have vanished.

Continuity mistake: The waitress hands Ben the tray with coffees and withdraws her hands from the counter. Immediately afterward, they're on top of it again.

Audio problem: When Ben takes a picture of the camera (when transferring the tooth photo) it makes a totally different sound to that when Cat uses it.

Revealing mistake: After Ben picks up the lobster and the shark tooth, he gets in a boat that starts to turn around. The close-up of him shows the background still.

Continuity mistake: After the incident with the seal and the shark, the couple are explaining it all to a cop who writes it down on a notepad. In the close-up it changes to a pink bottle, and in the wider angle back to a notepad.

Continuity mistake: After the mating couple in the sea scene, Ben is watching the dead shark and the couple are in the back with a cop. When the angle changes, the woman is now sitting on the car's hood and a cop has suddenly appeared on the left side.

Factual error: On the Mexican beach, a girl jumps over a fence with a sign that reads "Cierado - Closed". The correct spelling is "Cerrado".

Revealing mistake: While the shark eats the raft with the people in it, the whole raft, including its inside, has been deleted except for its border.

Continuity mistake: After Ben brings the first aid kit, the size of the sunken ship is very narrow, but from a wide shot it's much wider.

Continuity mistake: Everyone in the Apex yacht falls down when the shark knocks the ship violently, but the fragile tower made of champagne glasses manages to defy the laws of gravity, and it doesn't move an inch amidst the chaos until a waiter stumbles upon it.

Continuity mistake: After a woman falls off the Apex yacht, a man falls down, and when he is about to hit the water a raft suddenly appears.

Revealing mistake: The shot of the shark opening its mouth to eat the politician from the yacht is the same one used for when Ben and Cat where climbing the rope to get on the helicopter.

Continuity mistake: When the parasailing woman is in the water and grabs Cat's hand, from a front angle the parasail is in front of her. From the back shots, it totally disappears.

Revealing mistake: A man is seen trying to fish a swordfish. When the angle changes to that of the fish, the sky is totally different.

Continuity mistake: After Ben brings the first aid kit to the sunken ship, Cat's seating position keeps swapping depending on the shot: legs wide spread, or sideways.

Continuity mistake: When Ben and Cat are climbing on the bottom of the sunken ship, the wide angle shows her away from him, already up. In the closer angle they're together and he holds her by the arm.

Continuity mistake: Before the parasailing woman falls to the water, the parasail is behind her, but in the close-ups it disappears.

Revealing mistake: The shark attacks the parasailing boat and makes the driver hit his head against a rail and fall unconscious. First of all, the bang of his head is not heard. Second, his hit and further fall are one of the worst stunts in movie history.

Continuity mistake: When the shark is about to attack Scott, the parasailing boat driver, the shark keeps swapping from being way underwater to close to the surface in a matter of nano seconds.
