Continuity mistake: When Carol comes back from lunch she walks over to the coat rack and reaches for a coat hanger. The camera angle changes to the opposite side of the room and you can hear the sound of the coat hanger being removed from the rack. The camera angle pans back to her and she is seen reaching for the coat hanger again and pulling it off the rack with the same sound.
Trivia: The character of Ira Chuvney is a composite of Jewish comedian Mel Brooks, who was also a writer for Sid Caesar.
